This 2007 report draws from more than 1,200 survey responses to reveal the prevalence and design of pension, retirement and health care plans—as well as other benefits such as dental insurance, life insurance, voluntary benefits, adoption benefits, paid holidays, disability benefits and sick leave—in the United States and Canada. Results cover four distinct employment sectors: corporations, professional service firms, multiemployer plans and public employers. This is the first in a continuing series of benchmarking surveys on employee benefits.
